ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

SEPTEMBER 28, 2006

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe and Ellen Abelson

1.  The Board signed an updated form LA4 summarizing our proposed FY2007

     assessments by class.

2.  The Board read a letter from the state granting us preliminary certification

     for our FY2007 assessments.

3.  The Board read a letter of complaint from a Mr. Gray.  The Board decided to

     have the Administrative Assessor schedule a meeting with him at one of our

     next meetings.

4.  The Board read a notice in the Sharon Sundial assuring taxpayers that property

     tax issues can be discussed privately in the assessors’ office.
